Antique Baluch rug from Khorasan province of Eastern Persia. A Baluch rug with a interesting variant of the mina khani design on a dark indigo blue field. 

Circa 1900/20. 

An interesting Khorasan Baluch rug with a narrow field containing a variant of the mina khani floral design. The wide border is a traditional floral design with white flowers separated by panels of a diamond lattice. The overall effect is very pleasing to the eye. The rug is in good condition with slight even wear and good pile. There is some corrosion to the blacks. The rug is suitable for normal domestic use.
