Antique South Caucasian Karabagh Kazak kelleh or long rug.. 

Circa 1900. 

The rug has a traditional Karabagh region design of four medallions on a red ground; the medallions and surrounding area are in dark indigo blue and filled with rosette flower heads. The border is of a traditional Kazak design. The rug is in excellent condition with even wear and medium pile. The rug is suitable for normal domestic use. The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use. Stock Number:
