Antique Afghan Baluch long rug / runner of traditional Mushwani design.
Circa 1930.
The rug is of a deep red colour with a fine lattice design in indigo blue, the pile is very dense and this runner will take all the wear and tear that you can give it. Note the interesting end finishes at both ends with weft work decoration.
The rug is in excellent condition with very slight even wear and good full pile.
The rug is suitable for heavy domestic use such as an entrance hall.
