Old Turkish Mudjur (Mucur) multi niche saf prayer rug of classic design with good colour. 

Circa 1920. 

The rug has very pleasing colours including soft red a superb yellow and a nice light blue. The rug is of a traditional Mudjur design with carnation flowers around each of the prayer niches. The rug is in excellent condition with slight even wear and good pile. The wool is very soft with a velvet like feel. The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use or display. The rug is suitable for normal domestic use.
