Afghan Mushwani Baluch sofreh (eating cloth) these were placed on the ground for food to be served on.

This example is woven with a mixture of soumak weave and piled decoration. The sofreh has very soft faded colours. These make very useful small rugs. The rug is in excellent condition with very slight wear. The rug is suitable for light domestic use. The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
