Antique Caucasian Kuba region Shirvan runner with all over large boteh design. 

Circa 1880. 

The indigo field is filled with large boteh flowers stars and tribal design elements; there is even a row of small animals crossing the runner. The soft colours really stand out against the dark indigo blue field. The main border is a classic chevron design with superb colour. The runner is in excellent condition with even wear and medium pile. Hand washed and ready for use or display. The runner is suitable for normal domestic use.
