Old Afghan village rug of traditional design with two rows of three large guls the rug has a medium red colour with the designs being in dark blue/black. 

Circa 1940. 

A very good hard wearing furnishing rug. The rug is in excellent condition with very slight even wear and good thick heavy pile. The wool is very glossy as can be seen in the images. The rug is suitable for heavy domestic use. The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
