Old Abedeh rug with the tribal linked medallion design.

The rug is of a traditional tribal design with a triple linked medallion the field is filled with tribal design elements such as flowers shrubs birds. The design is related to tribal weavings by the Qashqai tribe from the region near to Shiraz. The rug has a soft faded colour palette. The rug is in excellent condition with even wear and medium pile. The rug is suitable for normal domestic use the rug is of a very useful small room size. The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use.
