Antique Varamin kilim with excellent natural colours and traditional banded design. 

Circa 1900. 

A good example of a Varamin kilim each of the bands contains a different design. The reciprocal border design is very typical for kilims from this region. Note the long striped end finishes decorated with weft work. The kilim is in excellent condition with only very slight wear. The kilim has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
