Antique Turkish Manastir prayer rug of classic minimalistic design with superb rose red field.

The rug has very soft wool and a very floppy handle. The rug is beautifully drawn with superb pastel colours through out. Manastir rugs originate from the Turkish Balkan region; north west Anatolia.

The rug is in excellent condition with slight wear and good pile.

The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use or display. The rug is suitable for light domestic use.
