Antique Swedish carriage cushion cover face. 

Mid 19th century. 

This beautiful cushion cover face is woven in interlocked tapestry technique; the design is a diamond lattice containing nine ladies in traditional dress. This textile would make a wonderful wall hanging or could be re-made into a cushion. The textile is in excellent condition with very slight wear and excellent colour. The textile has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
