Antique Kurdish saddle bag bag face with very unusual design.

The bag face is drawn with an all over design in soft pastel colours on a indigo blue ground, the border is of a bold design on an ivory ground. The top of the bag retains the original closing panel with decorative bands and other decoration.

The bag face is in excellent condition with very slight even wear and good pile. There is a very small loss to the outer border in the middle lower part.

The bag face has been hand washed and is ready for display.
