Antique Kurdish rug with all over boteh design on a dark indigo blue field. The border is well a drawn barber pole design and adds interest to the rug.

Aa good Kurdish rug with a dark indigo blue ground covered with large floral boteh drawn in reds, greens and ivory. The border designs are all typical of Kurdish weaving, the main barber pole border is quite striking.

The rug is in very good condition with even wear and medium pile. The rug is suitable for normal domestic use.

The rug has been hand washed and ready for use or display.
