Antique Chinese Peking rug with lattice design. 

Circa 1900. 

A very good example of a lattice design with floral blossom in pinks and blue on a soft beige ground. The rug is framed by a blue border with interlocking design. The rug has a very soft colour palette. Note that the rug is woven with the width being longer than the height. The rug is in excellent condition with slight even wear and very good pile. The rug is suitable for normal domestic use. The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
