Antique Armenian Erivan rug with mina khani (many flowers) design on a madder red ground. 

Circa 1920. 

A good Erivan rug with a large scale drawing of the floral mina khani design with the flowers in dark and light indigo blue. The classic ivory ground border frames the rug well. The rug is in good condition with even wear and medium pile. There are a number of scattered old repairs which are part of the rugs history. The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use or display. The rug is suitable for normal domestic use.
