A good Afghan village carpet with good colour and some wear.

The carpet has three rows of seven large guls, on a very rich red ground. The design in the guls is typical of the villages of Northern Afghanistan.

The carpet is in good condition with even wear, heavier at one end. The carpet has medium to low pile and has that country house lived with look.

The carpet is suitable for normal domestic use.

The carpet has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
